Everything was so tasty. Amazing margherita pizza. Crust was fluffy and delicious! Staff was fantastic!

This was the best pizza I have EVER had!!! It was fresh out of the oven, the crust was the perfect thickness, and they did not hold back on the toppings!!!! YUM YUM YUM!!!!

Must eat! Closest that I have found to real Italian pizza. So good.

We really enjoyed our time at Pietro's. We got to sit outside for the NY-style pizza. The staff was very friendly and when we couldn't decide, offered to half each of what we wanted. The pizza was good, the crust was probably some of the best I've had that wasn't small-batch artisan, and the overall environment was very memorable. We really enjoyed sitting outside in Hawaii eating pizza. The shopping center and the road offered just enough entertainment and it was one of our best simple memories from our time on Kauai.

Never had better pizza in my life. Everything about the place is beyond great! If you like pizza, this place will make you fall in love with it!

This was quite literally the best pizza I have EVER. HAD. The owner was mingling, he’s wonderful, stop him for a chat if you get the chance! They’re working on a second location, lucky you, Kauai!! I see why they’re rated the #1 pizza place on the island. Hands down best meal we’ve had so far.

Very good pizza and awful service. You are NOT allowed to order some of their pizzas inside the restaurant. You have to go to the outside area for the one you want. Then you can order outside but only during the day or maybe at night????We were there at 5:30pm and there were exactly three tables filled. A group of five came in and wanted one of those "Outside" ones and the staff made them leave. Then there was the staff. No, wait what staff? The ones there actually turned their heads when they walked by.I hope they can figure out what they want to be cuz the food was pretty good and refreshing after a few days of Poke.

Delicious pizza and a cosy warm atmosphere. We came here twice on our week long trip and had great service both times. The food is fresh and not too heavy. Leaves you feeling very satisfied. I definitely recommend this place.

So delicious!! This is authentic new York pizza without the new York attitude! The staff is beyond friendly and generous. You will never regret coming here. I wish I could go here every day!

Good NY style pizza, best on Kauai. Keeps it simple or go get fancy with neapolitan style which has a good clean ingredients

Would definitely go during the evening for the inside menu. Wonderful Naples style pizza. We had the devilled which was good; although would probably get a non-spicy option next time. Fair prices and pleasant service. Good beer and wine selection. Free and available parking.

This is the best pizza on Kauai. Period. The Lihue location is worth the stop in for their New York window to grab a single slice. Haven't tried their brick oven pizza yet. Planning on it.

Order was NOT correct & took over 50 mins to produce. Also, pizza came 1/2 & 1/2 instead of toppings on ALL of pie. Also, ordered for dine in but brought to table in a carry out box. Mgr, Thomas took care of everything the right way & refunded our payment. We consolidated the toppings and ate 4 slices of really, really good & tasty pizza. Would have been a 5 star if original order came out correctly

Excellent NY style pizza! Ordered a large carry out Margherita pizza for dinner. Was ready in 30 min. Even though it took me about 10 minutes to walk back to the Marriott and it had cooled down a little the pizza was still delicious! I expected it to be soggy but it was not. The crust still had a nice crunch and a bite to it. They other s cauliflower gluten free crust so we will definitely go back and eat in do the pizza will be hot she tasty!

You will not be disappointed in the care the owner has put into making a real Italian dining experience at Pietro's! This is not American Christine folks. It's genuine Italian. We are gluten free people and the crust is nothing less than perfect. The best we've ever tasted anywhere on the mainland. The food is superb so take the time to eat here!

great pizza. I normally don't eat the crust of a pizza, but none of it went to waste here at Pietros. I just don't understand why we have to choose between eating outside for certain dishes and inside for others. if you're with several ppl and have different tastes, someone has to settle for something they don't really want.

We got the caprese salad ($9.50) and magherita pizza with mushrooms and olives ($16.50 + $3.00 for the vegetables). The appetizer and single pizza were filling enough for us! Delicious flavor! Fast service. Highly recommend!

This place was incredible! The crust is to die for, and the service is excellent. We were visiting from Canada and were very very pleased with our meal. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Pietros pizza in Lihue is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The crust and cheese is perfect. My favorite pizza there is the Big Gumba with extra garlic oil. OMG! Broke da mouth. I’m so sad they aren’t open yet during this pandemic...I would totally support this place as much as I could as well as other small local businesses there in Harbor Mall.I also want to say thank you to the owner for leaving that awesome message on his voicemail informing us when they may open again. Hope to stop by to get some awesome pizza!

NY style slices until 3-4 pm or they run out, then you need to order a whole pizza. Awesome service.

Don't be fooled by the lack of curb appeal, the place is great if you eat on the inside. It's only typical NY style pizza at the outside window.

This place will rival pizza in Italy! Seriously delicious classic neapolitan style pizza. If you're visiting the island or a native, this is the pizza place to try. The sit down experience of brick oven pizza is a real treat strait out of Napoli and the NY style window is really amazing!

Met the owner while we grabbed a late bite to eat. He personally made us a pizza just the way I was hoping. Pietro is a great guy and makes an even better Neapolitan pizza! I will definitely be back again.

Delicious!!!!!! They serve both New York style and Neapolitan style pizza. The Bruschetta was marvelous and the Margherita pizza was wonderful.The owner goes around the tables and is one interesting guy!!! 😎Side note: nice poster! A big fan of the early Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns. Original Italian poster.

The pizza was seriously so bad.Cardboard and salt.We asked for ranch after we swiped our card and they wouldn't give it to us. We asked if we could give the $1 on the tip for the ranch and they said they couldn't charge us that way.Ranch might have made the pizza edible.It's unfortunate. Pietro's had bad service and bad pizza and Portofino's had fantastic pizza but the worst service ever.If you want pizza in Lihue you are S.O.L

Great food and lovely experience! The owner made a point to talk with each table. It was great to hear some of his stories. You can tell he has a passion for pizza!

Probably better off with frozen pizza from Foodland. The tomatoes topping looked and tasted like they had just cut the tomatoes and placed them after cooking the pizza. Was a very sad experience.
